Office for Rent in Dubai
An office lease is a longer term commitment than serviced offices or business centres. If you are building a permanent, professionally positioned operation in the UAE, then an office lease reflects that.
Your office must align with multiple factors:
Ejari Registration – all office leases must be registered through Ejari, this is the government’s official tenancy registration system. This registration is mandatory and must be completed to receive your trade license and process any visa applications.
License and Jurisdiction Alignment – your office location must be consistent with the jurisdiction of your business jurisdiction. Mainland companies have to lease within the appropriate DED framework and free zone companies have to be located within that free zone.
Visa quota – the size of your leased office impacts the number of visas your company can hold.
Lease Commitments – traditional office leases usually run for at least a year with longer terms common for established businesses.
